Pre sales Executive

As a Presales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our talent search aimed at aligning with Dinex restaurant solution for the Indian market. The role is focused on converting marketing-generated leads into prospective clients, and we are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and astute individuals with strong conversion skills to join our team. Whether you are a senior professional or a junior candidate, we prioritize attitude and domain expertise over experience alone. This role demands self-learning, proactive skill acquisition, and a dedicated commitment to achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Conversion: Execute presales activities to convert marketing-generated leads into prospective clients, driving revenue growth.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the bizzSmart retail solution, staying up-to-date with its features and benefits to effectively communicate with potential clients.
  3. Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain engaging conversations with potential clients, addressing their queries, and providing valuable insights into how our solution can meet their needs.
  4. Needs Assessment: Identify and understand client requirements and pain points to tailor product presentations and solutions that align with their business goals.
  5. Sales Collateral: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  6. Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and competitor offerings to effectively position our product.
  7. Feedback Collection: Gather and document feedback from potential clients and communicate it to the relevant teams for product improvement.
  8. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Domain expertise or a strong willingness to acquire it.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Varying levels of experience are considered, but attitude and domain expertise are of paramount importance.

Working Conditions:
