Account Deletion Procedure

You have the option to request the deletion of your account across the entire Dinex Ecosystem. We prioritize and respect your privacy, ensuring that your data is managed with the utmost responsibility and care. However, we understand that you may wish to remove your account and associated data at any time. Upon initiating this request, all of your data, along with accounts registered with the following applications, will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Please review the list of affected applications below, as your access to these services will be impacted once the deletion process begins.

- Dinex Pulse
- Dinex POS
Initiate your account deletion from the Dinex Mobile Apps
- Navigate to Settings within the App
- Select Sync and Data Processing
- Select Delete account
- Follow the instructions from Delete account popup.
Initiate your account deletion via email
1. Compose an Email
Send an email to support@dinex.one from your registered email address.
2. Include Required Information
- Registered Username: Provide the username associated with your Dinex account.
- Contact Number: Include the contact number linked to your account.
- Reason for Deletion: While optional, sharing your reason for account deletion helps us improve our services.
3. Subject Line
Use a subject line such as Account Deletion Request to ensure prompt processing. Once we receive your email, our support team will process your request and confirm once your account deletion is complete.
Processing Time
- Account deletion requests are processed within 48 hours.
- For security and verification purposes, a Dinex representative will contact you to confirm the request.
