Fulfilment Trainee plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of solutions at the customer’s end. This position involves gaining a deep understanding of our offerings, customer needs, dependencies, and configuring and training customer personnel. Effective communication and technical skills are essential for executing these tasks. Candidates with a background in PC assembly, OS installations, and network configurations are encouraged to apply, as these skills can be highly advantageous in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Implementation: Support the implementation of our solutions at the customer’s location, ensuring all components are set up and configured correctly.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our offerings, features, and functionality.
- Customer Training: Train customer personnel on how to use and maintain the solutions effectively.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the implementation process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of solution configurations, customer interactions, and issue resolutions.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both in-person and remotely, to ensure a seamless implementation experience.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize technical skills to address and resolve challenges related to PC assembly, OS installations, and network configurations.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical solutions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus but not mandatory.
