The inside sales executive will play a pivotal role in maintaining the CRM system, converting new customers, and implementing upselling and cross-selling strategies. Attendance at industry events and educational workshops may be required, along with conducting thorough research on market trends and competitor products.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Executive:
• Cultivating enduring relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
• Actively identifying new sales opportunities via cold-calling, email outreach, and other methods.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of product features and benefits.
• Leveraging virtual meetings to establish connections with new customers.
• Processing purchase orders and collaborating with the logistics department to ensure timely product delivery.
• Offering expert advice to customers on suitable product selections based on their needs.
• Creating a comprehensive sales pipeline to accurately track the progress of sales prospects.
• Following up on inquiries from potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
• Coordinating face-to-face online meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Partners.
• Leading online demo sessions for clients to facilitate conversions.
• Conducting regular follow-ups with prospects until the lead is either successfully closed or entirely rejected.
• Regularly analyse competitors and their products to gain insights.
• Familiarise yourself with the industry and understand customer needs before presenting our offerings.
Requirements for the Inside Sales Executive:
• Diploma or Graduation.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is advantageous.
