Pre sales Trainees provide support to the Pre sales Executives and work towards acquiring the necessary expertise to be promoted to the role of Pre sales Executive. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist Presales Executives in executing presales activities aimed at converting leads into prospective clients.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about the bizzSmart retail solution and its features to effectively support client interactions.
- Client Engagement: Assist in engaging conversations with potential clients, addressing their queries, and providing support.
- Needs Assessment: Learn to identify and understand client requirements and business challenges.
- Sales Collateral: Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Competitive Analysis: Gain insights into industry trends, market competition, and competitor offerings.
- Feedback Collection: Collect and document feedback from potential clients and assist in conveying it to relevant teams for product improvement.
