Pre sales Trainee

As a Pre sales Trainee, your role closely mirrors the responsibilities outlined for Pre sales Executives. However, this position is tailored for individuals who may not possess extensive industry and domain knowledge but are eager to learn and grow in the field. Pre sales Trainees provide support to the Pre sales Executives and work towards acquiring the necessary expertise to be promoted to the role of Pre sales Executive. We are seeking candidates with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, language proficiency, and a strong desire to learn and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support: Assist Presales Executives in executing presales activities aimed at converting leads into prospective clients.
  2. Product Knowledge: Learn about the bizzSmart retail solution and its features to effectively support client interactions.
  3. Client Engagement: Assist in engaging conversations with potential clients, addressing their queries, and providing support.
  4. Needs Assessment: Learn to identify and understand client requirements and business challenges.
  5. Sales Collateral: Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  6. Competitive Analysis: Gain insights into industry trends, market competition, and competitor offerings.
  7. Feedback Collection: Collect and document feedback from potential clients and assist in conveying it to relevant teams for product improvement.
  8. Learning and Development: Actively participate in training programs to acquire the necessary expertise.

Preferred Skills:

  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Language proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Limited or no industry/domain knowledge is acceptable as this is a trainee position.

Working Conditions:

  • This role may involve shadowing Presales Executives during client visits and meetings.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours or on weekends if required.
